Family Night with the A's

Get your A's night tickets!

Please join Piedmont Baseball and Softball Foundation for our annual fundraiser with the Oakland Athletics at the Coliseum. The date is Friday, May 8th. Cost is $35.00 per person which includes a tail gate BBQ and a field level seat for the game.

This is a great event for the players, parents and anyone else you would like to invite . Last year we had almost 1000 participants!

PBF teams who purchase thirty or more tickets will be entered into a drawing for a Sky Box at an A’s game later in the season.

Please make checks payable to Piedmont Baseball Foundation and turn in checks with the order form below to your team's A's Nite Coordinator as soon as possible. The last day to turn in ticket orders to your A’s Nite Coordinator is Thursday, April 23rd.

Thank you in advance for your participation and support of Piedmont Baseball and Softball Foundation.

Sportsmanship: Sara Tucholsky's Homerun

Watch this clip with your child. It's a great inspirational message for all of us involved in youth sports.

ASA Affiliation

We are affiliated with the Amateur Softball Association of America, an organization that governs the sport for men and women of all ages. We play games between Piedmont teams and other communities affiliated with ASA such as teams from Oakland and Alameda.

The Amateur Softball Association (ASA), a volunteer driven, not-for-profit organization based in Oklahoma City, OK, was founded in 1933 and has evolved into the strongest softball organization in the country. The growth and development of the association led the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) to name the ASA the National Governing Body of Softball, pursuant to the Amateur Sports Act of 1978.

The ASA has many important responsibilities as the national governing body of softball in the United States, including regulating competition to insure fairness and equal opportunity to the millions of player who annually play the sport.

The ASA has become one of the nation's largest and fastest growing sports organizations and now sanctions competition in every state through a network of 93 state and metro associations. The ASA has grown from a few hundred teams in the early days to over 250,000 teams today, representing a membership of more than four million.
